A volunteer led local museum in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland

Covid Safety (Copy)

In line with Scottish Government guidelines, the Coastal Communities Museum Trust has introduced a range of safety measures at the Museum in line with the Good to Go guidelines. We prefer visits to be booked in advance, although drop-ins may be possible on the day if there is space. Not all of the activities, exhibits or interactive displays are available at the moment and your visit might feel a little different, however you can still expect the same friendly welcome from our volunteers and an enjoyable visit.

  • All our volunteers wear masks

  • Our welcome desk and sanitising station have hygiene screens.

  • We have a one way system in place, look out for the stickers on the floor and extra signage to guide you around our exhibits.

  • We have removed some hard to sanitise objects in our children’s area, but we still have books, children’s activities such as postcards to colour in and treasure hunt sheets.
